I am a graduate of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol's 39th Academy. My first assignment was with the Pryor detachment of Troop L. My last assignment was the Kingston attachment of Troop E. I retired from the OHP in December, 2003. I was originally Trooper 764, and later became 180, my fathers badge number first assigned back in 1946. I am a four-year U.S. Navy veteran, and served one year in the Mekong Delta of South Vietnam with the Mobile Riverine Force a joint Army/Navy operation. After Vietnam I attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University on the G.I. Bill, and graduated with a BS in Industrial and Safety Education. I am looking for OHP photos from the past, let me know if you have any to share. Enjoy your visit
